After reading the standard answer to question 25 of the 1996 college entrance examination physics test, I always felt that the solution was somewhat complicated. This test gives a more concise solution. As shown in the figure, there is an upright cylinder whose distance from the cylinder bottom to the cylinder port is L_0 cm.
