1964年以来,有关科研、设计、施工、院校等单位先后在15个冻结井筒中开展了表土地区及井壁内外力实测的研究工作,探索了有关冻结井筒表土地区及井壁内、外力的规律,取得了大量的实测数据,积累了比较系统的资料,为提高我国煤矿冻结凿井的技术水平,进一步改进冻结井筒井壁的设计和施工工艺,做出了积极的贡献。煤炭科学研究院北京建井研究所、兖州煤炭建设指挥部、中国矿业学院、山东矿业学院和兖州煤矿设计研究院等单位,提出了《煤矿冻结井筒地压及井壁内外力实测研究报告》,煤炭部科技局于1981年12月召开了
