采用粘度速测仪 (RVA,Rapid visco analyzer)分析不同早籼品种 ,发现消减值和崩解值等RVA谱特征值 ,不仅能特异性区分不同品种表观直链淀粉含量 (AAC)的高低 ,也能鉴定中等 AAC品种食用品质的优劣。对 RVA测定的主要干扰因子分析 ,发现高温烘干前处理和糙米粉显著干扰 ,而水质轻微干扰分析 ,总体上它们并不影响对品种的评价 ,但样品量严重影响测定结果。在此基础上 ,形成了更适合育种应用的分析体系。以 RVA谱特征值为理化指标辅助选择 ,成功从早籼与中籼和爪哇稻杂交后代筛选出特优质早籼新品系
The RVA profiles of different early indica cultivars were analyzed by RVA (Rapid Visco Analyzer). The RVA profiles of subtracted and disintegrated values were not only able to distinguish the apparent amylose content (AAC) , But also to identify the advantages and disadvantages of eating quality of medium AAC varieties. The main interference factors of RVA were analyzed. It was found that pretreatment with high temperature had significant interference with unpolished rice, while the water quality was slightly disturbed. Generally speaking, they did not affect the evaluation of varieties, but the sample size seriously affected the determination results. On this basis, a more suitable analytical system for breeding application has been formed. Based on the RVA profile as a physical and chemical index, a new line of high quality early indica rice was successfully screened from the progeny of early Indica and medium Indica and Java.
