目前,国家对于实行原材料节约奖的范围已从原来的10种扩大到20种,如何结合企业的特点做好这项工作呢?几年来我们实行了节约奖承包的办法,收到了较好的效果。开展节约奖承包,首先要明确其内容。根据我厂的特点,我们把以下三方面作为承包对象:1、在生产中消耗量最大的原麻和丙纶料;2、在生产过程中控制难度较大的麻袋工艺重量;3、最容易流失的机物料消耗。节约奖承包内容确定后,如何制定一个比较切实可行,容易被承包双方接受的方案,这是开展节约奖承包的关键问题。我们的指导思想是:(1)制定定额时,既要考虑上年的实际水平,又要考虑部颁指标的档次水平;(2)确定奖(罚)比率时,既要符合国家的文件规定,
