高校教师(本文仅探讨公立高校及教师)是一类特殊的劳动者,有很强的专业技术性和持续性,对于传承文化、科学研究,教育教学有着巨大的作用。而今高校教师打破铁饭碗实行聘任制既是市场经济的需要,也有利于人才的竞争和人才的合理流动。然我国关于高校教师实行聘任制教师权益的维护却相对滞后,不利于高校、高校教师共同发展。本文就高校教师权利立法及维权现状、探讨完善高校教师权益的保护等进行了积极的探索,共同仁参考。
College teachers (this article discusses only public colleges and universities and teachers) is a special kind of laborer. It has strong technical expertise and continuity. It plays an important role in heritage culture, scientific research and education. Nowadays university teachers to break the iron rice bowl implementation of appointment system is not only the needs of the market economy, but also conducive to talent competition and the rational flow of talent. However, the maintenance of teachers' rights and interests in employing teachers in our country is relatively lagging behind, which is not conducive to the common development of colleges and universities. This article actively explores the legislation of college teachers' rights and the status quo of human rights protection, discusses how to perfect the protection of the rights and interests of university teachers and so on.
