济钢高炉ZSD顶燃式热风炉炉顶经常开裂,影响到热风炉的寿命。采用数值计算的方法,对济钢ZSD式热风炉燃烧过程进行模拟研究,发现ZSD式热风炉烧嘴设计存在气流和温度分布不均匀缺陷。据此,对ZSD式热风炉烧嘴结构进行了优化改造,改造后燃烧室内高温气流与温度分布比较均匀,提高了热效率,保护炉壁,延长热风炉使用寿命。
ZDF ZDF top-fired stove top often cracking, affecting the life of hot stove. Numerical simulation method was used to simulate the combustion process of ZSD type hot blast stove in Jigang. It was found that the design of ZSD type hot blast stove had the defects of uneven airflow and temperature distribution. Based on this, the ZSD-type hot blast stove burner structure was optimized and reformed, and the high-temperature airflow and temperature distribution in the combustion chamber was improved after the renovation. The thermal efficiency was improved, the furnace wall was protected, and the service life of the hot stove was prolonged.
