Through the experimental study on the behavior of ambiguous Chinese characters at the end of the sentence, this paper explores the relationship between Chinese glyphs, phonetics and semantics. Select the end of the word (such as “rain ”) ( “language ”), the shape ( “two ”), and the irrelevant control ( “brother ”) Is it semantically correct? Behavioral data show that there are significant differences between the shaped group and the homophone group: the response time of the shaped group is longer than that of the homophone group, and the correct rate is also lower than that of the homophone group. The results of the behavioral experiments show that in the experiment pattern of ambiguous words at the end of Chinese sentences, people are harder to process than the homophones, and the interference of the glyphs in the semantic judgment of the end-of-line mismatch sentences is greater than that of the speech. This is the opposite of the study of English.
