2011年9月上中旬,受西北强冷空气和西南暖湿气流的共同影响,长江流域“华西秋雨”多发区的四川东北部、陕西西南部等地连续出现了3次强降雨过程,致使嘉陵江支流渠江发生100年一遇超历史实测记录的特大洪水,汉江上游发生20年一遇的大洪水。依据报汛资料分析了此次暴雨洪水的特性,以及水利工程在抵御洪水中的作用,并与“03.9”、“05.10”洪水进行了对比分析,可为华西秋雨多发区今后的洪水灾害防御提供参考。
