目的:了解沧州市学龄前儿童体格发育状况,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法:采用横断面调查法,按照地理及经济分布状况,随机整群抽取2 312例学龄前儿童,进行调研指标分析。结果:沧州市学龄前儿童体重身高均呈现随着年龄增长稳步增长的趋势,同性别比较,城区高于乡村,同地区比较男童高于女童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),城区男童、女童体格发育水平高于2006年WHO标准,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),乡村男童与此标准基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),乡村女童低于此标准,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:沧州市学龄前儿童体格发育存在城乡、性别差异,应采取综合措施,消除儿童发育的环境、观念差异,同时对城区儿童预防和控制超重。
Objective: To understand the physical development status of preschool children in Cangzhou and to provide a scientific basis for formulating intervention measures. Methods: By means of cross-sectional survey, a total of 2 312 pre-school children were randomly enrolled in the study according to geographical and economic distribution. Results: The body weight of preschoolers in Cangzhou showed a steady increase with age. Compared with the same sex, the urban area was higher than that of the rural areas, and the boys were higher than the girls in the same area (P <0.01 or P < 0.05). The boys and girls in urban area had a higher level of physical development than the WHO standard in 2006, with a significant difference (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between rural boys and boys in this area (P> 0.05) Girls below this standard, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The physical development of preschool children in Cangzhou City has the differences of urban and rural areas and sex. Comprehensive measures should be taken to eliminate the differences in environment and concept of children’s development. At the same time, prevention and control of children in urban areas should be overweight.
