Heparin S ~ (35) was prepared by biosynthesis method, and Na_2S ~ (35) O_4 was injected into the liver of dogs to extract it. The distribution of heparin in the body was performed with 20 rats. Initially, the plasma contained about 20-fold more radioactivity in the cell but decreased to zero at the beginning of the 12th hour while the liver and spleen retained some radioactivity. In vitro experiments found that the mast cells in the peritoneal cavity of rats can ingest the heparin injected into the blood and the intensity of anticoagulant activity in the body and the radioactivity in the blood are flat
