推导了液相氢-水同位素催化逆流交换反应的动力学方程。在Pt-PTFE疏水催化剂与不锈钢θ填料1∶4分层装填的玻璃催化交换床中,讨论了温度和气液比对反应速率常数k的影响,比较了k与传质系数Kya。实验结果表明:k随温度升高和气液比增加而增加。k,Kya受温度和气速影响的变化趋势一样,但k值变化不如Kya明显。
The kinetic equations of liquid-phase hydrogen-water isotope catalytic countercurrent exchange reaction are derived. The influence of temperature and gas-liquid ratio on the reaction rate constant k was discussed in a glass-catalyzed exchange bed with Pt-PTFE hydrophobic catalyst and 1: 4 stainless steel θ packing. K and mass transfer coefficient Kya were compared. Experimental results show that: k increases with temperature and gas-liquid ratio. k, Kya is affected by the temperature and the gas velocity. The change of k is not as obvious as Kya.
