教育体制改革的目的是把教育,特别是把学校搞活,使教育更好地为社会主义现代化建设服务。然而搞活学校谈何容易！最近,在市教育科学研究所和市中学教育研究会召开的部分中学校长参加的“怎样把学校搞活”的座谈会上,校长们一诉衷肠,对那些似乎谁都知道必须解决而又似乎谁都认为难以解决的问题畅谈了自己的见解。现在我们将这些意见整理出来,以期引起各方面的关注。
