山东省教育厅基础教育处面向社会征集2007年高考“基本能力”测试样题,这为我们奋斗在教学一线的教师提供了一个学习、思考、交流的机会。在查阅资料、编制试题、筛选试题的过程中,领会“基本能力”的命题原则和内容,结合对各地高考试题的研究,我对“基本能力”试卷的设计有如下的理解与体会。一、“基本能力”试卷设计的整体思路——“两点、两识和两化”试卷考查学生的基本能力。试题设计可以围绕“两点、两识和两化”。两点:社会热点、学科交叉点。两识:知识、常识。两化:生活化、多样化。从试题的来源和内容看,思路如下:
