在不同浓度氯化钠溶液盐胁迫下,研究了两个棉花品种的种芽和子叶的蛋白质、可溶性糖含量及酶的活性变化,结果表明,棉花遇盐后对环境条件的变化产生适应,因而降解体内蛋白质、淀粉,提高渗透压,改变代谢过程,合成大量脯氨酸、可溶性糖以维持渗透压。盐浓度越大,这种恢复作用越小。
Under the salt stress of sodium chloride solution of different concentrations, the changes of protein, soluble sugar content and enzyme activity in seedling and cotyledons of two cotton cultivars were studied. The results showed that the adaptation of cotton to environmental conditions resulted from the salt stress, Degradation of body protein, starch, increase the osmotic pressure, change the metabolic process, the synthesis of a large number of proline, soluble sugar to maintain the osmotic pressure. The greater the salt concentration, the less this recovery.
