混凝土岩棉复合外墙板,是由北京市建筑工程研究所、北京市建筑设计院、北京市第二建筑构件厂、中国建筑研究院物理所、北京市第六建筑工程公司组成的攻关协作组,经过三年攻关,取得的成果。厚度25厘米的混凝土岩棉复合外墙板,结构性能达到了高层建筑8度抗震设防的要求;保温性能优于49厘米厚砖;隔热性能优于37厘米厚砖墙。与目前北京地区使用的30厘米厚浮石混凝土外墙板相比,墙板厚度减薄了16.7%,可使建筑使用面积增加1%,墙体平均自重减轻18.3%,建筑结构自重下降12%以上,每平方米建筑面积水泥用量节约21公斤。以混凝土岩棉复合外墙板取代浮石混凝土外墙板,每平方米建筑面积每年(一个采暖期)可节省采暖用标准煤5.5公斤,可节约采暖能耗30%左右。这种墙板的特点是既能承重抗震,又能保温隔热,而且墙板节点部位的构造处理有创新,不会出现结露渗漏。1985年底,北京巳建成1.6万平方米建筑面积的高层试点住宅楼,并在北京第二建筑构件厂建成年产10万平方米建筑面积的外墙板中试生产线。这项成果,1985年11月通过了部级鉴定,先后获国家“六五”科技攻关奖和北京市科技进步二等奖,并列入“七五”国家重点技术推广项目计划。1986年,有3万平方米建筑面积的高层住宅楼在施工。我参加了混凝土岩棉复合外墙板的研制和推广应用工作。我的体会是: 一、墙体改革,需要建材、建工密切合作,科研、设计、生产、施工配套成龙过去从事外墙板研究时,由建工部门搞
