混凝土岩棉复合外墙板,是由北京市建筑工程研究所、北京市建筑设计院、北京市第二建筑构件厂、中国建筑研究院物理所、北京市第六建筑工程公司组成的攻关协作组,经过三年攻关,取得的成果。厚度25厘米的混凝土岩棉复合外墙板,结构性能达到了高层建筑8度抗震设防的要求;保温性能优于49厘米厚砖;隔热性能优于37厘米厚砖墙。与目前北京地区使用的30厘米厚浮石混凝土外墙板相比,墙板厚度减薄了16.7%,可使建筑使用面积增加1%,墙体平均自重减轻18.3%,建筑结构自重下降12%以上,每平方米建筑面积水泥用量节约21公斤。以混凝土岩棉复合外墙板取代浮石混凝土外墙板,每平方米建筑面积每年(一个采暖期)可节省采暖用标准煤5.5公斤,可节约采暖能耗30%左右。这种墙板的特点是既能承重抗震,又能保温隔热,而且墙板节点部位的构造处理有创新,不会出现结露渗漏。1985年底,北京巳建成1.6万平方米建筑面积的高层试点住宅楼,并在北京第二建筑构件厂建成年产10万平方米建筑面积的外墙板中试生产线。这项成果,1985年11月通过了部级鉴定,先后获国家“六五”科技攻关奖和北京市科技进步二等奖,并列入“七五”国家重点技术推广项目计划。1986年,有3万平方米建筑面积的高层住宅楼在施工。我参加了混凝土岩棉复合外墙板的研制和推广应用工作。我的体会是: 一、墙体改革,需要建材、建工密切合作,科研、设计、生产、施工配套成龙过去从事外墙板研究时,由建工部门搞 The concrete rock wool composite exterior wallboard is a collaborative research team composed of the Beijing Institute of Architectural Engineering, the Beijing Architectural Design Institute, the Beijing Second Construction Component Factory, the Institute of Physics of the China Academy of Building Research and the Beijing No. 6 Construction Engineering Company.
