创建成技术含量高、能耗低的“绿色工厂”是建设资源节约型、环境友好型企业的必然选择。一个先进的大型汽车制造企业要肩负起这样的社会责任,实现清洁、高效的发展,实现人与自然和谐相处。作为项目的设计及管理团队也需有责任及专业技能依据绿色建筑的理念方法,结合自然条件、项目范围、综合成本等因素为业主提供绿色工厂建设的全方位、全过程解决方案。“绿色工厂”的设计概念是通过科学的整体设计,集成生态景观、自然通风、自然采光、再生能源、再生资源、超低能耗、智能控制、舒适环境、人机工程等常规及高新技术,结合当地自然环境、建设规划合理、工艺先进、物流优化、资源利用高效循环、节能措施综合有效、建筑环境健康舒适、具有企业特质及时代先进性的工厂。文中叙述了工艺、总图、建筑、结构、水、暖、动、电各专业在东风商用车新工厂建设项目中,根据项目的具体情况,依照绿色工厂理念所进行的专业设计及应用。既有传统技术的合理运用,常规工艺的优化,也有新材料、新设备、新工艺、新技术的运用;同时介绍了该项目推进绿色工厂设计及建设的一些过程及方法。
