半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C是由有核细胞产生的蛋白酶抑制剂,它被肾小球完全滤过,由肾小管重吸收并分解代谢,因此可以作为肾小球滤过率的内源性标志物。新近众多研究表明,用血浆半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C浓度估算肾小球滤过率可与血清肌酐相媲美,并且很多学者依据半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C推导出许多估算肾小球滤过率的公式。除此之外,尿半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C也被发现是肾小管损伤早期的特异性标志物。本文就半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C在肾脏病领域应用进展予以综述。
