本研究通过应用亚硝酸盐(NaNO_2)作为预处理条件,初步探讨了心肌对缺氧性损伤的抵抗力。实验用172只大白鼠,分别以不同方式用NaNO_2作为预处理(Pretreatment),并给以多种因素作为挑动性损伤条件(Challenge damage)。实验结果表明,在接受递增剂量的NaNO_2(NaNO_2 5~90mg/kg)预处理后,实验动物心肌对致坏死量的异丙基肾上腺素,一氧化碳和大剂量NaNO_2的抵抗力明显增强,由上述因素造成的心肌坏死程度明显减轻。
In this study, the application of nitrite (NaNO 2 ) as a pretreatment condition preliminarily explored the resistance of myocardium to hypoxic injury. The 172 rats in the experiment were treated with NaNO 2 as a pretreatment in different ways, and various factors were used as the provoking damage conditions (Challenge damage). The experimental results showed that after pretreatment with increasing doses of NaNO 2 (NaNO 2 5 ~ 90mg/kg), the myocardial resistance of the experimental animals to the amount of necrosis of isoproterenol, carbon monoxide and high-dose NaNO 2 was significantly enhanced by the above factors. The degree of myocardial necrosis was significantly reduced.
