中石化股份有限公司茂名分公司销售公司是茂名公司的二级单位,肩负着茂名公司炼油及乙烯产品的销售重任。近几年,特别是去年以来,我们紧紧围绕“把产品卖出去,卖个好价钱,把货款及时收回来”的中心任务,针对炼油产品应收帐款居高不下、乙烯产品价格调整滞后等经营管理难点,开展专项效能监察活动,取得了较好效果。去年,共销售石化产品达888万吨,销售收入达234亿元,为茂名公司在世纪末甩掉亏损的帽子和在进入21世纪实现效益开门红,作出了积极的贡献。在实施效能监察工作中,我们把清收贷款作为重点,并采取有效措施狠抓落实,从而有效控推经营管理潜力,提高经济效益。具体做法是:一、加强对清收炼油产品应收帐款专项效能监察
