随着社会日新月异的进步,教育兴国越来越为人重视,故而对教育教学质量的要求也随之提高。过往传统教学已然不再适合眼下的发展局势,教学方法及理念都做出了很大的改革创新,不再沿袭老师为主体的教学方式,而将学生作为教学的中心,由于对知识的理解吸收程度存有差异,故而新教学理念对学生个体间的差异性有了具体强调要求。分层教学法旨在协调班级内学生学习程度的分化,使不同的学生都能在数学学习上得到不同的发展。学生的基础、禀赋、后天努力等都是有差异的,尊重这一差异,因材施教、分层教学、有的放矢,才能使不同程度的学生都有所收获,提高课堂教学质量。

Respecting this difference, teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes, teaching in different levels, and aiming at them can make all levels of students gain something and improve the quality of classroom teaching.
