[病例120] 患者14岁,男,中学生,初诊于1976年8月。病历:患者平时易疲倦,易患感冒,有慢性扁桃体肥大症,但没有并发肾炎。患者属虚弱体质,但营养状态和脸色并没有那么差。主诉于1976年5月在学校定期检查身体时发现血尿,并在医院详细检查。开始时肉眼能看到血尿,抽查时潜血阳性,经治疗无效。现正继续检查中,有的医生认为是肾结石。
[Case 120] The patient was 14 years old, male and middle school students, and was first diagnosed in August 1976. Medical records: Patients are usually tired, susceptible to colds, chronic tonsil hypertrophy, but no concurrent nephritis. The patient is a weak constitution, but the nutritional status and face are not so bad. He complained of hematuria in a regular inspection of the school in May 1976 and examined it in detail in the hospital. Hematuria can be seen with the naked eye at the beginning, and occult blood is positive at the time of spot check, and the treatment is invalid. Some doctors believe that it is a kidney stone.
