本文回顾了套管研究由弹性分析到塑性分析和由单纯外压到组合载荷的发展史,指出组合载荷下套管的塑性分析是套管研究今后发展的必然趋势之一。本文综合了国内外的资料,指出“套管的不均匀载荷的确存在”这个不可忽视的事实。并对均匀外压与对径载荷(一种不均匀载荷)组合载荷下套管的承载能力和变形进行了塑性分析,得到此种组合载荷下套管的极限承载能力曲线和载荷—变形曲线,以及对径载荷存在使套管抗外挤强度显著降低的规律。指出设计中未考虑不均匀载荷影响是某些井段套管变形的重要原因之一。本文可供套管或其它工程中类似的管壳设计、变形分析和石油修井参考。
This paper reviews the history of casing analysis from elasticity analysis to plastic analysis and from purely external pressure to combined load. It is pointed out that the plastic analysis of casing under combined load is one of the inevitable trends in the future development of casing research. This article synthesizes the domestic and foreign information, points out the fact that the uneven load of casing does exist. And the plasticity analysis of the bearing capacity and deformation of the casing under the combined load of uniform external pressure and diameter load (a kind of non-uniform load) is obtained. The ultimate bearing capacity curve and load-deformation curve of the casing under such combined load are obtained, As well as the existence of the radial load casing outer anti-extrusion strength significantly reduced the law. It is pointed out that one of the important reasons for casing deformation in some well sections is that the effect of non-uniform load is not considered in the design. This article is intended for casing or other similar projects in the design of pipe hulls, deformation analysis and reference to oil well workover.
