涟钢三炼钢车间的钢吊车梁,其跨距有6米、12米和18米等多种,制作材料有3号钢和16锰钢,腹板厚度为10~14毫米,翼板厚14~20毫米。焊缝形式主要为T形角焊和对接平焊,焊接方式有自动焊与手工焊两种。按国家有关规定,系属于一、二类结构,其焊缝应进行无损检验。为此,我们对主要焊缝全部进行了超声波探伤,并抽查了一部分对接平焊缝进行X光拍照,以便校核。在探伤中发现的不合格部位及时进行了铲除和补
