经济的快速发展使企业间的竞争更加激烈,企业间实力的较量,主要集中在人才的比拼上。一个企业的发展离不开高素质的人才做后盾。但是,目前,人才的流失却异常严重,人才的投资属于软投资,人才的流失会导致公司的人力、财力蒙受损失,甚至会导致企业的运作瘫痪,尤其是新兴的企业。所以,找出人才的离职原因、影响离职的因素极其重要。
