在战术情况中,希望人们要意识到激光在照明着他。威胁告警装置中,有的能简单探测单个事件,有的能探测、鉴别和定位混合武器交战中的多种威胁,能力各有不同。如果能够精确确定激光源(方位和俯仰)位置,就能扩大对抗的范围。激光寻的和告警系统(LAHAWS)是一种激光探测器,由美陆军研制,其特点是灵敏度高、视场宽、测向精度高且虚警率极低。目前Fairchild照相机和仪器公司有两项先进的技术:(1)光敏电荷耦合器件(CCD),它是一种成象器件;(2)广角远心光学系统。把这两项技术结合起来,就能达到上述目标。本系统所用CCD是一种单片自扫描象传感器,它利用埋置沟道和离子注入势垒的电荷祸合技术。器件上的光敏面是100×100个光电元件阵列,其精度为10~(-5),因此这种器件适合于激光源的定位测量。
In tactical situations, I hope people will realize that the laser is lighting him. Among the threat warning devices, some can simply detect a single incident, while others can detect, identify and locate multiple threats to the engagement of hybrid weapons with varying capabilities. If you can precisely determine the laser source (azimuth and pitch) position, you can expand the scope of confrontation. The Laser Seeking and Alerting System (LAHAWS) is a laser detector developed by the U.S. Army that features high sensitivity, wide field of view, high DF accuracy and low false alarm rate. Currently Fairchild cameras and instruments have two advanced technologies: (1) photosensitive charge-coupled device (CCD), which is an imaging device; (2) wide-angle telecentric optical system. Combining these two technologies will achieve the above goal. The CCD used in this system is a monolithic self-scanning image sensor that utilizes the charge coupling technique of buried channel and ion implantation barrier. The photosensitive surface on the device is a 100 × 100 array of optoelectronic elements with an accuracy of 10 -5 so this device is suitable for laser source positioning measurements.
