当一个孩子犯错误后,他最期盼的是什么?也许你会说是得到别人的谅解。不错,但他更期待一次暴风雨般的批评,来冲淡内心的歉疚:我犯错了,受到应受的批评了,扯平了,两清了,结束了。但批评是否真正触及到学生的内心呢?这是值得深思的问题!在学生的成长中,师长的教导是外因,而起到根本作用的是内因,是学生自己。因此,学生的自我反省、自我教育尤为重要。当学生的行动出现偏差时,教育者应以唤醒他们的自醒意识为最终目的。教育者的尊重,犹如春日和煦的风,轻柔拂过孩子稚嫩的心灵,给他们以慰藉、温润;又宛若三月的甘霖,滋养了孩子自醒的种芽,给他们以奋发向上的动力。只所以有这样的感受,是因为下面这个故事。
What does he expect most when a child makes mistakes? Maybe you will say that you have got the understanding of others. Not bad, but he also looks forward to a stormy criticism to dilute his inner guilt: I made a mistake, received the criticism, and I got it all done. However, is criticism really touching the heart of students? This is a question worth pondering! In the process of students’ growth, the teacher’s instruction is an external cause, and the fundamental reason is that they are the students themselves. Therefore, students self-reflection, self-education is particularly important. Educators should end their awakening awareness as the ultimate goal when there is a shift in student behavior. Educators respect, like the warm spring genial gentle tenderness of the child innocent soul, give them consolation, gentle; also like the March of Gan, nourish the child self-awake seed, give them a motivation to work hard.
