小班化教学是当前农村学校学生人数减少而形成的一种全新的教学模式,它以促进学生的素质提高和全面发展为目的,改变了过去死记硬背、机械训练的教学模式,倡导学生主动参与、勤于探索、勤于动手,从而培养学生交流与合作的能力。如何在“小班化”教学的背景下通过对教学内容、教学方法、教学策略、教学模式以及教学评估等环节的改革,达到张扬学生个性,实施有效教学,提高教学质量呢?笔者从以下几方面进行探索:一、创设情境,诱发思维,激发学生学习潜能
