采用16PF人格问卷对河北省某文科高职院校14级90后新生进行调查,数据结果显示:该文科高职90后新生在16项人格因素中的平均标准分普遍处于中间偏低水平,绝大多数学生人格正常,活泼坦诚,信赖随和;在4项次元人格因素中的平均标准分处于中间水平,说明该90后新生在适应与焦虑等方面均处在中等水平;在4项综合性个性因素中的平均得分均处在偏低的水平,体现出低心理健康水平,低专业成就能力,低创造能力,低成长能力的“四低”状态。面对这种状况,应采取积极的教育应对策略才能取得较好的引导教育效果。
The 16PF personality questionnaire was used to investigate the post-90s freshmen in Grade 14 of a liberal arts college in Hebei Province. The results showed that the average standard scores of 16 personality factors in the post-90s freshmen of the liberal arts college were generally low, Most students’ personality is normal, lively and frank, trust and easy-going; the average standard scores among the four sub-personality factors are in the middle level, indicating that the post-90s students are at moderate levels in adaptation and anxiety; The average scores of the factors are all at a low level, which reflects the low mental health level, low professional achievement ability, low creative ability and low growth ability. In the face of this situation, we should adopt a positive strategy of education to achieve better results in guiding education.
