社区内涵的外延,社会背景的变革,行业发展的新要求,新时期居民新需求等都对传统的规划住区组织模式和配套建设提出了挑战,现实建设的种种不适应性已经显现,探讨新的社区组织模式、保证公共利益的体现、遵循市场化运作的思路,建立新时期的居住社区的新模式势在必行。本文结合南京河西新城区规划实践,针对新的需求,对居住社区的组织模式和配套建设进行了探讨。
The extension of community connotation, the change of social background, the new requirements of industry development and the new demands of residents in the new period all pose challenges to the traditional planning and settlement model and supporting construction. The various kinds of non-adaptability of the reality construction have already appeared, It is imperative to establish a new model of residential community in the new era by ensuring the public interest embodiment, following the idea of market-oriented operation. Based on the planning practice of Hexi New City in Nanjing and the new demand, this paper discusses the organization mode and supporting construction of living community.
