人们很久以前就开始研究火灾对森林生态系统的影响。近些年来随着温室效应研究的深入，科学家越来越注意到森林火灾释放的痕量气体对大气环境的影响，特别是含碳温室气体。本文在广泛收集国外有关对森林火灾释放的含碳温室气体量的研究成果的基础上，分析了常用的估算方法和排放参数测定方法，总结目前已经得出的排放参数测定值和全球的森林火灾释放的含碳气体估计量。
Long ago, people began to study the impact of fire on forest ecosystems.
