目的通过离体实验观察波特兰水门汀(Portland Cement,PC)作为根尖屏障的封闭性,并将其与无机三氧化物聚合物(mineral trioxide aggregate,MTA)、玻璃离子水门汀(glass ionomer cement,GIC)、银汞合金(amalgam,Am)作比较。方法选取单根前磨牙64颗,行根管预备并制备根尖开放模型。完全随机分组法将实验用离体牙分为A、B、C、D 4个实验组,根尖部分别充以PC、MTA、GIC、Am,每组15个样本,阴性对照组及阳性对照组每组各2个样本。使用4%牛血清白蛋白作为观测指标连续观测60 d,用考马斯亮蓝染色技术对蛋白渗出做定量测定。结果 A组与B组蛋白渗出量无明显统计学差异,A组与C、D组蛋白渗出量比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),B组与C、D组蛋白渗出量比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。随着时间的延长,A组蛋白渗出量的增加无统计学意义。结论 PC的根尖封闭性与MTA相当,且明显优于GIC、Am。
Objective To observe the closure of Portland Cement (PC) as a apical barrier by means of in vitro experiments and compare it with mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA), glass ionomer cement GIC), amalgam (Am). Methods 64 single root premolar teeth were prepared and root apical open model was prepared by root canal preparation. Completely random grouping method was used to divide experimental teeth into four groups A, B, C and D. The root apices were filled with PC, MTA, GIC and Am respectively, 15 samples in each group, negative control group and positive control Group 2 samples each. Using 4% bovine serum albumin as an observational index for 60 days, the protein exudation was quantified by Coomassie Brilliant Blue staining. Results There was no significant difference in protein exudation between groups A and B (P <0.05), while protein exudation between groups A and C was significantly higher than that of groups C and D There was a significant difference (P <0.05). With the extension of time, protein A excretion increased not statistically significant. Conclusions The apical secundum of PC is comparable with MTA, and is superior to GIC and Am.
