笔者通过问卷调查、访谈等方式分别对武汉市公立幼儿园和私立幼儿园英语教育的师资现状进行了深入的对比、对照分析,发现公立幼儿园明显落后于私立幼儿园。笔者分析原因并建议教育部门在以下方面采取措施:把幼儿英语教育纳入学前教育体系;完善幼儿园英语教师的培养和资格审查体系;建立完善的幼儿园英语教师职前培养和职后培训制度。 By means of questionnaire survey and interview, the author makes an in-depth comparison between the present situation of teachers in public kindergartens and private kindergartens in Wuhan respectively, and finds out that the public kindergartens lag obviously behind the private kindergartens. The author analyzes the reasons and suggests that the education department take measures in the following aspects: putting preschool education into pre-primary education system; perfecting the system of training and qualification of kindergarten English teachers; and establishing a pre-service and post-training system for preschool English teachers.
