二十世纪九十年代,企业面临的是激烈动荡、变化莫测的外部环境,经营竞争的成败将愈来愈取决于企业对机会的把握。变化意味着挑战,也意味着机会,当今世界上的任何发展都离不开对挑战的正确反应和对机会的把握,谁抓住了机会谁就把握了发展的钥匙。因此,当代成功的企业家、战略家无不高度重视把握机会。法国前总统蓬皮杜说过:“人是有命运的,命运就是一种机会以及抓住机会的能力”。我们编发的这篇文章,作者通过深入的研究提出了一个崭新的企业管理思想——“把握机会”。企业管理,主要就是企业对各种机会的把握,藉以实现企业经营的根本目的。这是当代企业管理的核心。机会,企业经营成败的关键,有多少企业因把握了机会而成功,又有多少企业因失去机会而失败。机会常有,但又稍纵即逝,在当代日益发达的商品经济环境中,谁能把握住机会,谁就能成功。
