冗余资源在企业战略变化过程中既可能呈现积极动因角色,也可能呈现消极效应角色;而战略变化路径是两种角色交替出现的主要动力。基于业务战略竞争维度的变化方式,提出通过两阶段假设来分析、验证战略变化路径形式同冗余资源角色表现之间的关系,即“竞争维度数量变化同冗余资源角色表现之间关系”的基本假设和“具体路径形式同冗余资源角色表现之间关系”的细分假设。数据分析表明,如果企业战略变化单纯表现为竞争维度收缩,则冗余资源突出表现为效应角色;如果企业战略变化表现为在原竞争维度基础上的竞争基点扩张,则冗余资源突出表现为动因角色;如果企业战略变化表现为竞争基点总体收缩,同时伴随新竞争维度引进,则冗余资源同时表现为两种角色,但效应角色更突出。
Redundant resources may exhibit positive or negative effects in the process of enterprise strategy change. However, the path of strategic change is the main motivation for the alternation of the two roles. Based on the change of business strategy competition dimension, this paper proposes to analyze and verify the relationship between the strategic change path form and the performance of redundant resources through the two-stage hypothesis, namely, “the relationship between the change of the number of competitive dimensions and the performance of redundant resources ”And the underlying assumption of“ the relationship between the concrete path form and the performance of redundant resources ”. The data analysis shows that if the strategic change of enterprises simply shows that the competition dimension shrinks, the redundant resources will be highlighted as effectors. If the strategic change of enterprises shows the expansion of competition base based on the original competitive dimension, the redundant resources will be highlighted as the motivators ; If the corporate strategy changes as a general contraction of the competition base, accompanied by the introduction of new competitive dimensions, the redundant resources also show two roles, but the role of the more prominent.
