一般建筑物的抗震性能和破坏形式与它的动力特性有密切关系。小型砌块多层房屋(以下简称砌块房屋)也不例外。特别是在计算砌块房屋的地震反应时,需要确定它的周期、阻尼、振型等动力特性,但是,影响结构动力特性的因素是多方面的,对于比较复杂的多层房屋,理论求解将是十分困难的。因此,国内外大都采用了实测与实验的方法,经过数理统计分析,求得近似的经验公式供实际工程应用。本文根据川、贵、桂、粤等地的30余幢3~7层砌块房屋的自振周期、阻尼系数以及振型的实测,对砌块房屋的动力特性作一简短讨论。

After mathematical statistics analysis, approximate empirical formulas are obtained for practical engineering applications. This paper briefly discusses the dynamic characteristics of block houses based on the natural vibration period, damping coefficient and measured vibration modes of more than 30 blocks of 3 to 7-storey block houses in Sichuan, Guizhou, Guangxi, and Guangdong.
