Combining the characteristics of 6063-T5 architectural aluminum profiles with the good thermal insulation properties of plastics to form insulated aluminum profiles. A new type of EAH insulation aluminum alloy door and window is made with a novel sealing structure and hollow glass. Its heat transfer coefficient k value is reduced from 5.95w/(m2·K) of ordinary aluminum doors and windows to 3.06w/(m2·K) and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
