目的:考察不同PH、不同温度条件对尿酸盐结晶形成的影响,以便进一步探讨尿酸盐沉积的机制,为阐明痛风性关节炎的发生机理及确定有效的防治措施提供科学依据。方法:通过改变PH和温度,考察高尿酸的生理盐水溶液以及高尿酸血清中尿酸盐结晶形成情况,并观察UA浓度的变化。结果:PH降低或温度降低,有利于尿酸盐结晶的形成,导致高尿酸的生理盐水溶液以及高尿酸血清中尿酸浓度降低,当这两个因素共同作用时,尿酸浓度降低更明显,尿酸以尿酸盐的形式析出,导致尿酸浓度下降显著。结论:PH降低和温度降低是引起尿酸盐结晶析出的重要因素。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of different pH and temperature on the formation of urate crystals in order to further explore the mechanism of urate deposition and provide a scientific basis for elucidating the mechanism of gouty arthritis and establishing effective prevention and cure measures. Methods: By changing the pH and temperature, the formation of urate crystals in hyperuricemic saline solution and hyperuricemic serum were investigated, and the changes of UA concentration were observed. Results: The decrease of pH or temperature is conducive to the formation of urate crystals, resulting in the decrease of uric acid concentration in hyperuricemic physiological saline solution and hyperuricemic serum. When these two factors act together, the uric acid concentration decreases more obviously Uric acid in the form of precipitation, resulting in significant decline in uric acid concentration. Conclusion: The decrease of pH and the decrease of temperature are the important factors that cause the crystallization of urate.
