本文检测了不育患者精浆(HSP)脓细胞的变化与纤维蛋白原(Fib)、α_1抗胰蛋白酶(α_1-AT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、α_2巨球蛋白(α_2-MG)含量的关系。结果显示:α_1-AT、CRP含量与HSP中脓细胞数呈正相关,Fib含量与HSP中脓细胞数呈负相关,α_2-MG含量与HSP中脓细胞数无相关性。不育组HSP中Fib含量低于生育组,α_1-AT、CRP含量高于生育组。不育组Fib、α_1-AT和CRP与生育组比较有显著或非常显著性差异(P＜0.05或P<0.01),α_2-MG含量与生育组比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05)。
In this paper, the changes of pus in patients with infertile sepsis and the content of Fib, α_1-AT, C-reactive protein (α_2-MG) Relationship. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the content of α_1-AT and CRP and the number of pus in HSP, the Fib content was negatively correlated with the number of pus in HSP, and there was no correlation between the content of α_2-MG and the number of pus in HSP. Fib content in infertile group HSP was lower than that in fertile group, and α_1-AT and CRP content were higher than those in reproductive group. The levels of Fib, α_1-AT and CRP in infertile group were significantly different from those in reproductive group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). There was no significant difference between α2-MG content and fertility group (P> 0.05).
