IPF85B-2型混凝土泵车引入我国市场最早,批量最大,社会保有量大。由于混凝土泵车采用了机、电、液一体化技术,使用与维护保养都需要一定的专业知识。本文就在施工现场观察发现的IPF85B-2型混凝土泵车使用中存在的问题,浅谈其使用与维护保养。 1.前、后臂架支座折弯或折断 臂架支座和臂架缓冲橡胶能够减轻混凝土泵车在行驶过程中产生的振动,但在用户处看到前、后臂架支座根部折弯或折断现象比较普遍,并进行了补焊加强,是混凝土泵车结构件中最薄弱处。这要求用户在操作下臂时,下落速度不要太快,避免对臂架支座产生过大冲击。臂架回转操作必须在臂架完全离开臂架支座后进行,并且要正确调整缓冲橡胶的压缩量,前缓冲橡胶的压缩量为3mm(在自由状态时厚
The IPF85B-2 concrete pump truck was introduced into China’s market first, with the largest volume and large social possession. Because the concrete pump truck adopts mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integration technologies, the use and maintenance require a certain amount of expertise. This article discusses the problems existing in the use of the IPF85B-2 concrete pump truck observed at the construction site, and discusses its use and maintenance. 1. Bending or breaking the front and rear boom brackets or breaking the boom bracket and boom cushion rubber can reduce the vibration generated by the concrete pump truck during driving, but the front and rear boom bracket root folds are seen at the user. The phenomenon of bending or breaking is common, and the welding reinforcement is performed. It is the weakest point in the concrete pump truck structural parts. This requires the user to not fall too fast when operating the lower arm and to avoid excessive impact on the boom support. The boom slewing operation must be performed after the boom completely leaves the boom support, and the compression amount of the cushion rubber should be properly adjusted.
