作者采用自制定式问卷调查方法,对驻西南区域军队医院1153名护理人员进行工作应激反应研究。结果显示:应激反应总检出率为98.61%,应激症候平均检出率为18.28%,并检出一组主要症候群。不同年龄、护龄、职称间在应激反应程度上显著差异。作者认为,军队各级医院应重视工作应激对护理人员心身健康的影响,确立护理人员健康指标,建立护理人员健康档案,落实健康体检等,从而提高工作质量。
The author uses a self-made questionnaire survey to investigate 1153 nurses working in the Southwest Regional Military Hospital. The results showed that the total detection rate of stress was 98.61% and the average detection rate of stress symptoms was 18.28%. A group of major syndromes were detected. Different age, nursing age, job title in the degree of stress response were significantly different. The author believes that the military hospitals at all levels should pay attention to the impact of stress on the mental health of nursing staff, establish nursing staff health indicators, establish nursing staff health records, the implementation of physical examination, etc., thereby enhancing the quality of work.
