KA-2M-300型钻机上的卷扬偏心轴承,是一个容易磨损的零件。各钻探队都需要备用一些,以防检修时临时制作耽误时间。因此它是各钻探队的修配部门经常生产的钻机备件之一。我厂以前车制此零件的偏心孔时,是把轴承外径及端面长短车好后,划上偏心线,放在V形铁上用四爪卡盘,按线找正后,卡牢车制。这样找正很费时间,效率低质量也不够好。在技术革命运动中,我厂车工蔡盛富同志改进了一个卡具,使用这个卡具能省去找正时间,又能省掉一道划偏心线的工序,提高了效率,又保证了质量。现将此卡具介绍如下:
