从2001年开始,我国基础教育课程改革将小学德育课程设立为“品德与生活”(小学1~2年级)及“品德与社会”(小学3~6年级)。小学德育新课程在道德观、课程观、学习观上均发生了重大改变。体现在改变传统的知性德育模式,倡导德育“回归生活”;改变课程的唯知识论,主张德育课程经验论;反对学生单向的德育方式,提倡多向的德育方式等方面。历经十余年,我国小学德育取得了不容置疑的进步,其鲜明的特点是小学德育的生活气息越来越浓。但是,德育新课程改革
Since 2001, the reform of basic education curriculum in our country has set up primary moral education curriculum as “character and life” (Primary 1 ~ 2 grade) and “morality and society” (Primary 3 ~ 6 grade). The new curriculum of primary moral education has undergone major changes in moral concept, curriculum concept and learning concept.
