近年来,我与故乡农村的中学生和青年的接触中,发现一个奇怪的现象,他们对祖国的历史、地理、文化、建设等方面,都有些了解,也比较关心,而对生养自己的家乡的情况,却知之甚少,甚至一无所知,因而一般都缺乏对家乡应有的感情。这不能怪他们,因为据他们说,从小学到中学,从来没有向他们讲过这方面的情况和知识。是不是他们对此不感兴趣呢?也不是。比如我向他们介绍故乡有关情况时,他们都很爱听。由此,我想到了一个问题,就是在农村中学,在讲授国情知识时,也应该讲授一些乡情知识,以便从小对他们进行乡
