通过对室温时非晶Ni_(72)Si_(15)B_(13)、合金电阻随拉应力与拉应变变化特性曲线的测定,发现其室温电阻随拉伸应变线性变化的区域比其可逆变化的区域大,电阻应变可逆变化的区域为其弹性应变的区域,采用Nagel推广的液态金属Ziman理论对此做出了较好的解释。
Through the determination of the characteristic curve of the amorphous Ni 72 Si 15 B 13 alloy at room temperature with the change of tensile stress and tensile strain, it is found that the region of the room temperature resistance linearly changing with the tensile strain is more reversible The region with large area and the reversible change of resistance and strain is the area of elastic strain.
