目的 观察干髓术与牙髓摘除术治疗牙周牙髓病的疗效,并分析两种治疗方法的优劣。方法 对116例牙周牙髓病患者按照治疗适应证分别进行干髓术与牙髓摘除术治疗,对比观察治疗结果,进行统计学分析。结果 牙周病引起的牙周牙髓病预后较差,两种治疗方法无明显差异。牙髓病引起的病变预后较好,牙髓摘除术成功率为94.44％;明显高于干髓术(84.09％)。结论 牙周病引起的病变应首选简单易行的干髓术,牙髓病引起的病变则应首选牙髓摘除术。
Objective To observe the curative effect of pulpotomy and endodontic excision on periodontal endodontic disease and to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the two treatment methods. Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with periodontal endodontic disease were treated with stemmedomy and pulp removal according to indications of treatment. The treatment results were compared and analyzed statistically. Results Periodontal disease caused by periodontal pulp disease prognosis is poor, no significant difference between the two treatment methods. The prognosis of endodontic lesions is better, the success rate of dental pulp removal is 94.44%, which is significantly higher than that of dry pulp (84.09%). Conclusion The disease caused by periodontal disease should be the first choice of simple and easy operation of the pulp, pulp disease should be the preferred endodontic exclusion.
