目的 分析本地区呼吸道感染患者九项病原体分布情况?方法采用荧光免疫技术对2 608例呼吸道感染患者血液中嗜肺军团菌(LP)?肺炎支原体(MP)? Q热立克次体(COX)? 肺炎衣原体(CP)?呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)?腺病毒 (ADV)?甲型流感病毒(IFA)?乙型流感病毒(IFB)?副流感病毒(PIVS)等九项病原体的IgM抗体进行检测,分析不同性别?不同季节各种病原体的检出情况?结果在2 608例标本中,九项病原体IgM检测阳性率为62.96%(1 642/2 608),单项病原体阳性检出率为48.35%(1 261/2 608),依次为MP32.78%(414/1 263),IFB28.98%(366/1 263),LP14.49%(183/1 263),PIVS12.59%(159/1 263),RSV5.94%(75/1 263),ADV2.37%(30/1 263),CP1.42%(16/1 263),COX1.19%(15/1 263),IFA0.24%(3/1 263);混合感染检出率为14.61%(381/2 608);LP?MP?IFB在不同季节检出率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同性别间各种病原体检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)?结论本地区呼吸道感染病原体检出率较高,以MP?IFB?LP?PIVS感染为主,应及早进行不同病原体IgM检测,给临床提供准确的检验信息?
Objective To analyze the distribution of nine pathogens in patients with respiratory tract infection in this area.Methods Fluorescent immunofluorescence assay was used to detect the presence of Legionella pneumophila (LP), Mycoplasma pneumoniae (Mycoplasma pneumoniae), Q Reykoplakia (COX) in 2 608 respiratory tract infections, • IgM antibodies to nine pathogens such as C. pneumoniae (CP), RSV, ADV, IFA, IFB, PIVS and others The detection rate of various pathogens in different seasons was analyzed. Results The positive rate of IgM in nine pathogens was 62.96% (1 642/2 608) in 2 608 samples. The positive rate of single pathogen was 48.35% (1 261/2 608), followed by MP32.78% (414/1 263), IFB28.98% (366/1 263), LP14.49% (183/1 263), PIVS12.59% ( 159/1 263), RSV 5.94% (75/1 263), ADV 2.37% (30/1 263), CP 1.42% (16/1 263), COX 1.19% (15/1 263), IFA was 0.24% (3/1 263). The detection rate of mixed infection was 14.61% (381/2 608). The detection rate of LP? MP? IFB in different seasons was statistically significant (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in the detection rate of various pathogens (P> 0.05) .Conclusion The detection rate of pathogens of respiratory tract infection To MP? IFB? LP? PIVS mainly infected, early detection of IgM different pathogens, to provide accurate information to the clinical examination?
