我是怎样进修的我是一个一九五三年的中师毕业生。一九五四年在省中学教师研究班学习六个月后,分配到芜湖一中担任初中语文教师,当时刚好二十岁。从参加工作到现在已经二十六年了。这二十六年来,我一直坚持在职进修,一方面是从书本上学习,充分吸取前人的知识,提高自己的文化知识水平;另一方面是在教学实际中学习,认真总结自己的经验,把理论与实际结合起来,提高自己的教学业务能力。关于文化知识的学习,从时间上来看,大体经历了三个阶段:
