文化是民族的血脉,是人民的精神家园,在中华民族五千年历史长河中,“尊师重教、有教无类、因材施教、教学相长”是流淌在民族血脉中亘古不变的教育文化传统,至今都是世界教育至理名言和教育行为的经典准则,成为中华民族文化基因之一。在大力提倡文化大发展大繁荣的时代,教育作为文化事业的重要组成部分,文化正日益突出和显现其对教育的影响与意义。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》提出,把教育摆在优先发展的战略地位,把育人为本作为教育工作的根本要求,把改革创新作为教育发展的强大动力,把促进公平作为国家基本教育政策,把提高质量作为教育改革发展的核心任务。“优先发展,育人为本,改革创新,促进公平,提高质量”成为今后教育工作的指导方针。到2020年,基本实现教育现代化,基本形成学习型社会,进入人力资源强国行列。实现更高水平的普及教育,形成惠及全民的公平教育,提供更加丰富的优质教育,构建体系完备的终身教育,健全充满活力的教育体制。《纲要》的颁布,从理念到举措,透射出具有中国特色与时代气息的教育要求。对照《纲要》提出的工作方针和教育现代化目标要求,面临教育改革和发展的形势,作为一所区实验性示范性高中,静心思
