针对三层复合膜进行配方优化研究,开发了一种具有引发微交联功能的复合助剂专用母料。以大庆石化公司生产的基础树脂作为基料,按一定比例加入自主研发的复合助剂专用母料,使薄膜发生微交联,从而提高膜的强度。试验结果显示:在加入2%的专用母料后,各层薄膜的耐穿刺强度及热合强度提高了50%以上,拉伸和撕裂性能也均有显著提高。配方优化后的重包装膜的内层、中层、外层专用料,使重包装膜专用料完全国产化,大幅度降低了生产成本,满足了工业化生产的需求。
Aiming at the formulation optimization of the three-layer composite membrane, a kind of special masterbatch with composite auxiliary which induced the micro-crosslinking was developed. Daqing Petrochemical Company to produce the base resin as a base material, according to a certain percentage of self-developed composite additives dedicated masterbatch, the film micro-crosslinking, thereby enhancing the film strength. The test results show that after adding 2% special masterbatch, the puncture resistance and heat-seal strength of the films in each layer are increased by more than 50%, and the tensile and tear properties are significantly improved. The optimized inner layer, middle layer and outer layer of the re-packaging film after formulation optimization completely make the special materials for the re-packaging film completely reduced the production cost and meet the demand of industrialized production.
