唐宋八大家之一的欧阳修曾提倡“读书三上法”——马上、枕上、厕上,以此来劝告人们要善于利用一切零星时间,做到随时读书,随处读书。看来大作家刘心武也是“三上”的追随者。对课业负担沉重的中学生来说,这应该也是比较可行的课外阅读方式——临睡前,如厕时,乘车时,当是新时代的“三上”(当然,要以身体和视力健康为前提)。作家苏童也曾写道:“最好是在灯下读,最好每天入睡前读一篇,玩味三五分钟,或者被感动,或者会心一笑,或者怅怅然的,
